The Heritage Salmon brand was established by Cooke Aquaculture, a company dedicated to its people. Our operations and management are based in the coastal communities of Atlantic Canada and the northeastern United States.

From this coastal base, we employ state-of-the-art technology in combination with skilled and dedicated people to obtain sustained quality and freshness and best-in-class environmental practices.

We serve markets in Canada and the United States with the freshest Atlantic Salmon in a variety of forms.
