Heritage Salmon is harvested and shipped every day from the cold, clean coastal waters of the North Atlantic Ocean. In fact, because we're so close to the markets we serve and we use a speedy processing and transportation system, Heritage Atlantic Salmon is among the freshest fish you can buy.

Cold chain management for freshness

We strictly control the temperature of the harvest-to-delivery process. The fish are kept just above freezing, 1- 2șC, from processing to delivery. So the ultimate fresh Heritage Salmon stays fresher longer.

Because unlike other companies that buy their Atlantic Salmon on the market, we usually use our own fresh Heritage Salmon, harvested daily.
