INGREDIENTS

  • Two 5-6 oz (150-180 g) Heritage Salmon Portions
  • Your favourite BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sprinkle Heritage Salmon Portions with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat Heritage Salmon Portions with your favourite BBQ sauce and broil under high heat for 6 minutes.
  3. Serve with potatoes and grilled vegetables, for a quick and easy dinner.
